About Us
Zhejiang Changli Forging Co., Ltd. which was established in 1995 is a manufacturer specializing in producing mould forging for automobile and motorcycle and machining parts. Our company has got the ISO9002 International Quality System Approval and was chosen as Ruian City Advanced Unit in Management. lt is located in Pandai Industrial Area, Ruian City, ZheJiang, namely the forging and pressing industrial park under planning, where the forging and pressing industry is most developed. Now Our company has a floor area of 10,000m2, a building area of 6,000m2 and more than 200 staff members including 37 members of various semi-senior and senior technical personnel.Our company has 4 main forging and pressing production lines namely 1000t, 630t, 400t and 300t friction presses, 3 externa1-assisting forging and pressing production lines, 5 main machining production lines of machining center and numerical lathe and advanced equipments for moulding, design and heat treatrnent and physicochemical test center with complete devices with an annual production capacity of 3000t of various forging and pressing parts and 2 million pieces of machining parts. Our company has always been persisting in the quality policy of 'Refining on Production, Creating Benefit, Striving for Development and Meeting Demands of Customers' and will produce high-quality products and strive for creating enterprise with first-class management by managing according to modern enterprise mode.
Our products are mainly provided as accessory products for such large-sized automobiles and motorcycle complete machine enterprises at home as Xian Gear Factory, Ningbo Yumin Co., Anhui Gear Factory, Changchun Autornobile Gear Factory, Nanfang Yamaha Co., Qianjiang Group and Chunlan Group. etc. Meanwhile, our company has also established business cooperative relations with such regions and countries as Taiwan, USA and Japan, etc.
